For people referred to us, we will
Confirm in advance with the referring denturist what services he expects us to provide
Inform the patient of costs before providing any services
Examine the patient thoroughly, including x-rays, with models and a CT scan if required
Advise the patient whether implants would be useful and what to expect from implant surgery
If the patient decides on surgery, choose the number of implants with the patient and confirm their cost
Arrange for the surgical appointment within a few weeks time, including medication required
Provide a range of payment options including VISA, MC, debit card and payment plans

Once surgery is arranged, we will
Insert the agreed number of implants, provided clinical conditions permit, keeping the patient’s lower denture so that it cannot be worn during initial healing
Guarantee osseointegration of the implants we insert. If an implant fails to osseointegrate, we will replace it free of charge or refund the money paid for it
Be available to deal with any questions or problems, from either patient or denturist
Have the patient return 10 to 21 days after surgery for evaluation. We provide denture relief and soft temporary liner placement at this point if the referring denturist wants us to do these procedures
Have the patient return 2 months after surgery for connection of retentive studs to the implants. We again provide denture relief and soft temporary liner placement if the referring denturist wishes. If implants are embedded, they will be surgically uncovered and the patient will again give up the lower denture during initial healing
Have the patient return 3 weeks later to the referring denturist for a new denture or permanent adaptation of the existing denture to the implants
Supply, or help the referring practitioner obtain prosthetic components: stud analogs to allow him to duplicate the patient’s implant studs in a working model, and retentive rings and anchors
If the referring practitioner does not wish to be responsible for the implant-retained prosthesis, we will provide it or direct the patient to an alternate provider chosen by the referring practitioner
See the patient free of charge for one year after surgery to verify the osseointegration of the implants, the health of the surrounding tissue, and the tightness of the implant components

 Our prices include
Alteration of the existing denture and temporary soft lining both after the initial surgery and after stud connection, when referring denturists want us to provide these services
Follow-up examinations for 1 year

 Our prices do not include
The patient’s cost to have the referring denturist modify the existing denture to accommodate the implants or make a new denture is not included in our fees
