Insert the agreed number of implants, provided clinical conditions permit, keeping any removable denture that contacts the surgical site so that it cannot be worn for about 10 days |
Guarantee osseointegration of the implants we insert. If an implant fails to osseointegrate, we will replace it free of charge or refund the money paid for it |
Be available to deal with any questions or problems, from either patient or dentist |
Have the patient return 10 days after insertion for suture removal, denture relief and soft temporary denture liner placement if required. When we use resorbable sutures, patients can skip this step |
Surgically uncover embedded implants 2 months (mandibular) or 4 months (maxillary) after insertion, again keeping any removable denture contacting the site until suture removal. If patients have one-stage implants with visible transgingival abutments, this step is not necessary |
If implants were embedded and non-resorbable sutures have been used at uncovering, have the patient return 10 days later for removal of sutures, connection of healing abutments, denture relief and soft temporary liner placement if required |
Have the patient return to the referring dentist for prosthetics one month after uncovering embedded implants, two months after initial surgery (maxilla) or four months after initial surgery (mandible) |
Supply or help the referring practitioner or his lab obtain prosthetic implant components: impression copings, implant analogs to allow duplication of patients’ implants in plaster models, straight or angled (15° or 25°) cementable abutments, UCLA abutments, ceramic abutments and other components |
