We insert porous-surface implants with these features
66% less length than first-generation implants of equal surface area
Because of their shortness (a 7 mm long porous-surface implant has the same surface area and hence the same fixation as a 21 mm long screw-type), they can be used in patients with less bone height than an first-generation implants
Resistance to lateral forces due to wide load distribution over the bone-implant interface
Resistance to twisting displacement forces, eliminating the need for complex counter-torque devices when connecting abutments
Predictable osseointegration, even in the maxillary posterior segments
Short healing times (2 months in the lower jaw, 4 in the upper)

 Our surgical techniques include
Minimal access incisions planned in advance with examination, radiographs, models and CT scans if required
Positional and angulation control during insertion to achieve the most favorable function and aesthetics
Press-fit placement into tapering osteotomies
Simultaneous bone augmentation when required by the functional and aesthetic demands of the site
Prior site development by sinus floor elevation in maxillary posterior areas that would otherwise be unable to accommodate implants
One-stage surgery (with transgingival abutments connected at implant insertion)
Immediate insertion (at time of tooth extraction)
